We're a small UK company and we ship from the UK. Our pieces are made to our spec by our manufacturing partners, then dispatched to you from here — delivery takes 5–14 days, and we'd rather tell you that honestly than promise next-day and let you down. I read every email — if your piece tarnishes inside two years, write me and I'll replace it.
