We're a UK company and every order ships from the UK. Here's everything you need to know — stated honestly, no fine print.

Shipping

• Free UK shipping on orders over €45.
• Orders under €45 are charged a flat rate, calculated at checkout.
• Delivery takes 5–14 days. Our pieces are made to our spec by trusted partners, quality-checked, and dispatched from the UK — we'd rather quote 5–14 days honestly than promise next-day and let you down.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Packaging

We send every piece in proper branded packaging — designed to feel like something you'd want to keep, and ready to gift.

30-day returns

Return any unworn item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Email info@oasisora.store with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and check the item. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

2-year guarantee

Every Oasisora piece is covered for two years. If it tarnishes within that time, we'll replace it free — just email us with your order number and a photo. This is on top of your statutory rights.
