Materials & quality

What is your jewellery made of?
Our pieces are 18k gold-vermeil on 925 sterling silver — a thick layer of real gold over solid sterling silver, hallmarked. Exact materials are listed on each product page.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Real sterling silver and gold-vermeil won't turn your skin green the way cheap plated pieces do. To keep it looking its best, avoid perfume, lotion, swimming and showering in it, and store it dry. If it tarnishes within two years, we'll replace it free.

Is it hypoallergenic?
925 sterling silver is generally well tolerated by sensitive skin. If you have a known nickel allergy, email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the UK.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5–14 days. We'd rather be honest about timing than overpromise next-day and let you down.

How much is shipping?
Free UK shipping on orders over €45. Orders under that are charged a flat rate, shown at checkout.

Will I get tracking?
Yes — you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Sizing

How do I find my ring size?
Many of our rings are resizable or come in standard sizes 5–10. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll guide you.

Returns & guarantee

What's your return policy?
30-day, no-questions returns on unworn items in original condition. See our Returns page for details.

What does the 2-year guarantee cover?
If your piece tarnishes within two years of purchase, we'll replace it free. Just email us with your order number.
